Our promise to our customers: We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction and will try to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.

Orders: Items are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours and not more than 5 business days. A minimum order maybe required for free shipping offers.

Receipts: When you place an order via the internet you will receive an email of the credit card transaction. By checking the box “Terms and Conditions” and the "Checkout" button, you are giving us permission to deduct funds for this order, including any shipping and/or applicable sales tax, from your credit card account and that you accept our “Sales Policy.”

Credit Card Information: We do not retain credit card information after fulfilling orders.

Sales Tax: We collect Sales Tax on purchases shipped to an address within the state of Texas. Sales Tax rates are subject to change.

Shipping Costs: The amounts indicated for shipping reflect estimates for delivery within the continental U.S. Your online order statement will include a calculation of shipping charges. Your actual shipping charges, however, will be based on the weight of the entire order, including packaging, and any requested insurance. In cases where more than one item is ordered, your total shipping cost might actually be lower than the estimate provided in the on-line order statement.

Shipping Carriers: We ship the majority of orders using USPS Priority & First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. often require customs forms to be completed and may require the customer to pay applicable duty charges.

Return/Exchange Policy: YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN. When you receive an order, please inspect it. If there is a problem with any item, or you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receipt at (817) 473-6040 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide a shipping address at the time the RMA is issued. Repack your item(s), including ALL parts and accessories, along with the original packing material. Note: Items must be shipped within 14 days of issuing the RMA. Items will not be accepted after that period. Items returned with missing parts will not receive a refund.

- Ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of your receipt.
- Include the RMA number on the copy of the receipt and on the outside of the package.
- The item must be insured, Return Receipt Requested, to the RMA address provided.
- Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.

Insurance: To request insurance for your order, check the “Insurance” box on the Check Out page and insurance costs will be added to your order. For any questions about the order, please use the "Comment Box" during check-out. Note: All deliveries that are insured will require a signature.

Expedited Shipping: You must request a quote in the Comment Box during check-out, otherwise shipping time is based upon USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. UPS Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day delivery is also available at an additional cost. The additional cost depends on the weight of your order.

Delivery Times: Each order is shipped within 2 to 3 business days whenever possible. We make every effort not to split-ship orders so an order may occasionally take longer to ship. You can expect delivery in 3-10 business days. We enter your email address, whenever possible, into the shipping carrier’s system so you can receive a tracking number permitting you to track your order.

Shipments outside of the U.S.: Orders shipped to addresses in Canada may be made only to selected areas depending on the shipping carriers.

Delivery Addresses: We strive to maintain a high level of customer service and we take extra precautions to avoid fraud. If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement we reserve the right to request additional information and may refuse to ship the order. Please fill in your street address information (or “Ship To:” address information, if different), we reserve the right to determine if we will ship to an address that is different from the registered credit card address.

Damage Claims: Insurance is optional. If you do not request insurance and the item is damaged or lost during shipment, notify the carrier immediately.

For USPS deliveries, if you requested insurance and the shipment is damaged or missing items, you must keep the damaged merchandise with its original carton. If you see any obvious damage, please note it on the delivery slip that you sign. Call your local USPS office to schedule an inspection of the damage. When the original package is returned to us, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no additional charge but you must return it to the address we provide with the RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package and inside on a copy of the invoice.

Lost Orders: Rarely, an order will be lost during shipment. Our responsibility for the merchandise ends when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Once an order has left our shipping department, the USPS or UPS tracking number must be used. We do our best to provide all needed information to assist you in recovery and/or replacement and we encourage customers to use optional Insurance to cover the possibility of losses, particularly for high-value items or orders shipped outside the U.S.
